Sorry I haven't posted in so long. I was moving back home, and now I'm in California as a nanny for the summer. Not a lot of time!
Anyway, lots of new stuff to report.
For starters, We Are Scientists have a new song leaked called "Something About You". You can listen to it here. Hopefully they'll tour again in the next year or so. They put on a great show, and their between song banter is always hilarious. I once won $10 from Keith Murray (the lead singer) after their set by the tour merch playing a dice game.
Comedy duo Flight Of The Conchords are on tour with Dave Chappelle this summer, but unfortunately, they're not coming to the Pacific Northwest. The closest they'll get is Mountain View and Irvine California. Bummer!
I got my ticket for Portugal. The Man at the Fox Theater in Oakland. Of course, now they're playing in Portland for free the day after... At least I get to see them though! After I get paid, I'm going to get a ticket for Alt-J (also at the Fox Theater) which is in late August. They already sold out the Crystal in Portland, so it should actually work out really well.
